Tanaya Waghmare is a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) student at MIT World Peace University with a strong interest in Corporate and Commercial Law, Banking & Finance, Regulatory Compliance, Employment Law, Healthcare Law and Dispute Resolution. Her legal training has included internships across litigation, corporate legal and compliance environments, giving her practical exposure to legal research, drafting, contract review, compliance assessments and regulatory analysis.
Her work has included healthcare legal compliance, statutory compliance mapping, regulatory affairs, employment documentation, corporate compliance, legal opinions, compliance advisories, contracts, HR policies, litigation support and due diligence. She approaches legal questions through structured research, careful analysis and an emphasis on translating complex legal requirements into practical solutions.

Sucher Murthy is a BBA LL.B. (Hons.) student at MIT World Peace University with a strong interest in litigation, direct taxation, constitutional law and commercial legal practice. His experience spans courtroom-oriented work, legal research, drafting and tax advisory, with an emphasis on structured statutory interpretation and practical legal analysis.
His internships have included exposure to civil, criminal, matrimonial, consumer, POCSO and family-law matters, as well as civil and commercial disputes, property, lease and rent matters and succession law. More recently, his work in the Direct Tax Practice at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys has involved research on reassessment proceedings, faceless assessments, retrospective validating legislation, constitutional limitations on taxing powers, transfer pricing, Permanent Establishment, DTAA interpretation and evolving direct-tax jurisprudence.
